Hi, I'm Rebecca!

I’m a (soon-to-be!) mama to a baby girl, living in beautiful British Columbia with my fiancé and our sweet pup. I’m so excited you found your way here — because it means you’re curious about a more holistic approach to health and ready to find lasting relief from symptoms that have been weighing you down for far too long.

I’ve always been passionate about living healthily and the connection between food and our bodies. In 2019, I completed the Natural Nutrition program at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, which laid the foundation for the work I do today.

My journey to motherhood is what deepened my passion for women’s health, as I quickly realized how little support and education exists for women throughout their reproductive years. After experiencing a miscarriage and being diagnosed with a thyroid disorder, I became determined to take control of my health in a way that felt natural and right for me. While conventional doctors offered some guidance, I found there was very little understanding of the nuances of hormone health or women’s health in general. So, I dove into research, study, and training.

After years of learning, including certification from the Institute for Menstrual Health, I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with women navigating their own hormone, menstrual, and fertility challenges. The most rewarding part of my work is seeing women gain clarity, ease their symptoms, and feel empowered in their bodies.

For too long, women have been told their symptoms are simply a byproduct of being female. I’m here to help change that narrative and support you with the tools, strategies, and education you deserve.
